MIXED BAG RADIO, XM SIGN TWO YEAR DEAL
New York, New York, March 21, 2006
Mixed Bag Radio today announced that they have agreed to a two year contract with XM Satellite Radio. The contract renewal allows XM to continue to air the popular syndicated interview and performance program. Mixed Bag host, Pete Fornatale, is excited to continue the relationship that he has built with his audience since Mixed Bag first aired 25 years ago. "The past year of live sessions have been among the most fulfilling of my career. Mixed Bag Radio continues to fill a void for fans of in-depth conversation and behind the scenes access to the best musicians in the world."
The relationship with XM Satellite Radio allows Mixed Bag Radio to reach an ever-expanding audience. XM recently announced a subscriber growth of over 53% in the past year. Mixed Bag Radio airs on XM 50, The Loft and enjoys a loyal and sizeable audience.
